Prompt

Use the attached image as the exact character reference for Grinny. Preserve the same strange handmade face, enormous mismatched blue eyes, painted red smile, uneven teeth, dark brows, pale textured skin, and striped pajamas throughout the entire clip.

A lonely roadside diner just after sunrise, slightly worn but realistic, almost empty except for a nervous waitress behind the counter. Grinny enters calmly through the front door and sits alone on a stool. He never stops smiling.

The waitress cautiously places a cup of coffee in front of him. Grinny drinks it in one gulp without blinking, gently slides the empty cup toward her, and taps the counter once. She pours another. Quick natural progression: cup two, cup three, cup four, until six empty coffee cups form a perfect row in front of him. His posture never changes and his huge eyes remain fixed straight ahead while the waitress becomes increasingly uncomfortable.

Halfway through, another diner customer glances at Grinny. Grinny slowly turns his head toward them while keeping exactly the same enormous smile. The customer immediately looks away and quietly moves farther down the counter.

Near the end, the waitress accidentally drops a spoon. The metallic CLANG echoes through the silent diner. For the first time, Grinny's smile suddenly disappears.

Everything freezes.

The waitress's eyes widen. The other customer bolts for the exit. Grinny slowly turns toward camera, expression completely blank.

Then, just before the cut, the huge painted smile snaps back onto his face and he calmly lifts his sixth coffee cup as if nothing happened.

Darkly funny psychological horror, realistic diner environment, unsettling but playful tone, strong readable physical acting, smooth cinematic camera movement, natural timing, escalating tension with a sharp final payoff. Keep Grinny visually identical to the reference in every shot. One Grinny only, no duplicate character, no transformations, no gore, no text on screen, no logos, no famous celebrity faces, no recognizable actors, no movie-star resemblance, no public-figure likenesses.
